| 摘 要： | 基于稀盐酸介质中，亚硝酸根与结晶紫的褪色反虚，建立了测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法。在结晶紫的最大吸收波长595nm处，方法的线性范围为0．08—2μg／mL。该方法选择性好、灵敏度高，用于火腿肠和自来水中亚硝酸根的测定，结果令人满意。

| Abstract: | A new method based on the color-fading reaction of crystal violet with N0-2in dilute hydrochloric acid fordetermination of trace nitrite was established. The linear relationships between the decrease of color intensity of crystal violet and the concentration of N0-2were founded in the range of 0.08 to 2μg/m. The proposed method was simple, selective and highly sensitive. It has been applied to the determination of N0-2in foodstuff and water with satisfactory results. |
