受阻胺光稳定剂GW-944合成方法改进

摘    要:针对受阻胺光稳定剂GW-944的合成,分别采用3条不同的合成路线进行了研究,即改进的两步法合成路线、三步法合成路线和四步法合成路线。结果证明,这3条路线都能有效地控制产品的相对分子质量分布在2400~3000,其在425nm和450nm下的透光率均大于97%,达到国外同类产品在425nm和450nm下的透光率为95%的水平。其中,经改进的两步法合成工艺操作过程简单,更有利于实现GW-944的工业化生产。

Abstract:For the synthesis of hindered amine light stabilizer GW-944,three different synthetic routes are investigated,namely improved two-step synthetic route,three-step synthetic route and four-step synthetic route.It is verified from the results that the average molecular weight of GW-944 is in the rage of 2400~3000 under the optimum conditions of all these routes.Moreover,the transparency is more than 97% under 425 nm and 450 nm,qualified as the international advanced level of the kindred products as 95%.Due to the straightforward operation,the improved two-step synthetic route is more suitable for industrialization.
