火控光电仪伺服系统的研制

摘    要:以宽调速直流力矩电机为执行元件,光电平台为负载的火控仪伺服系统由供电、主电路、系统调节、伺服机构、智能控制器等模块组成.系统以智能功率模块(IPM)构成主电路,以TM320F240为控制核心组成高精度火控仪伺服系统.其控制系统包括电流环、速度环、系统捕获、目标跟踪等技术.实验表明该研制达到了预期目标,具有适用价值.

Abstract:Bsed on the DC moment electric machinery with adjusting speed used as executing component, and electrophoto-platform used as carrier, the firepower-control servo system makes up of the modules of main circuit, system adjusting, servo equipment, intelligent controller. The main circuit consists of intelligent power module (IPM), TM320F240 is used as the control center of firepower-control servo system with higher precision. Else control systems include current loop, time loop, target capture and target track technology. The test result of the system shows it reached design requirement and it has preferable practicability.
