| 摘 要： | 直接敷铜技术是基于氧化铝陶瓷基板发展起来的一种陶瓷表面金属化技术,随着大功率模块与电力电子器件的发展与要求,直接敷铜已从氧化铝陶瓷基板发展到其他陶瓷基板。介绍了国内外陶瓷基板直接敷铜技术、理论研究、新进展和今后的发展趋势。
