肉苁蓉提取液对N02-清除作用的体外实验研究

摘    要:研究肉苁蓉水浴浸提物与超声辅助浸提物在体外模拟胃液pH条件下清除亚硝酸根的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,水浴浸提最佳工艺条件为:80%的乙醇溶剂,水浴温度80℃,料液比1:20,浸提时间120min;超声辅助浸提的最佳提取条件为:80%的乙醇溶剂,30℃的超声温度,料液比1:20,超声时间20min,超声功率60Hz;在反应时间8min,浓度为0.0720g/mL时,水浴浸提物与超声辅助浸提物对NO2-的清除率分别为99.33%和84.21%。肉苁蓉对亚硝酸根有很强的清除能力,并随着浓度的增加清除作用加强,且水浴提取物对亚硝酸根清除作用显著高于超声辅助浸提物。

Abstract:Herba Cistanches as material,the best extract crafts eliminating NO-2 were studied in simulated gastric pH conditions.The results showed that the best conditions of extract of water bath were ethanol concentration 80%,extracted temperature 80℃,ratio of material to liquid 1:20,extracted time 120min,and the best conditions of extract of ultrasonic extraction were ethanol concentration 80%,30℃,power 60Hz,time 20min,ratio of material to liquid 1:20.In the condition of the concentration of 0.0720g/mL and reaction time 8min,the scavenging rate of NO-2 were 99.33% and 84.21% respectively for extract of water bath and ultrasonic.Herba Cistanche had the fortissimo ability to scavenge NO-2.The scavenging effects increased with the increasing of concentration.The scavenging ability of the extract of water bath to NO-2 was much better than that of ultrasonic.
