避雷器作为TV二次回路中性点保护的分析

摘    要:为明确电压互感器(TV)二次绕组中性点安装过电压保护的必要性和技术条件,解决电压互感器二次绕组中性点过电压保护与绝缘配合的难题,通过实验室雷电冲击模拟实验和基于ATP软件的数值仿真研究,确定了电压互感器二次回路中性点的雷电传递过电压水平,结果表明,在一次侧雷电冲击电压幅值较高或波形较陡的恶劣运行条件下,二次回路中性点的传递过电压将大大超过二次回路中性点绝缘的雷电冲击耐受水平,尤以电容式电压互感器更为严重,肯定了在二次回路中性点就地安装氧化锌避雷器作为过电压保护的必要性并验证了过电压保护效果,提出了避雷器参数选择的基本原则和选型方案,为制订电压互感器二次绕组中性点过电压保护技术规范提供科学依据。
