摘    要:顶板离层监测是锚杆支护监测最重要的内容之一。总结并分析了现今顶板离层测量方法及离层监测系统,以及依据光栅计量原理研制的新型顶板离层传感器的现场应用。该传感器可以与井下分站组成顶板离层监测系统,实现地面的实时监控。该系统已在吕梁店坪煤矿进行了地面、井下联机试验。试验结果表明,该系统运行稳定,数据传输准确。

Abstract:The monitoring of roof-off-the-strata is one of the most important factors in bolting support roadway.In this paper,the existing methods and the monitoring instrument for roof-off-the-strata are included and analyzed.Based on the measuring principle of grating,a new roof-off-the-strata sensor is described.This sensor and underground substation can make up the monitoring system of roof-off-the-strata.Then the monitoring on the ground can be accomplished.This system has been applied to the on-line experiment on the ground and in the pit at the LvLiangDianPing mining area.The experimentation results show that this system runs stably and the data transmit accurately.
