| 摘 要： | 在SWJS云平台基础上，根据云端智能设备、嵌入式设备和服务节点自动处理的要求，将嵌入式设备、智能手机、短信猫、智能服务器等引入SWJS平台，实现了由智能云端用户层、云端代理层、云智能控制层、云服务资源层、数据服务层和数据资源层等组成的智能化SWJS云平台，该平台重点设计了自动化处理流程，并针时用户行为的多样性，设计了系统用户行为防御模块。22家酒店在该平台进行测试的结果显示了快速、自动、透明和无纸化特点。
