摘    要:为了替代传统喷涂材料,制备了高性能免喷涂聚丙烯(PP)复合材料,该PP复合材料具有金属光泽的美学外观,减少喷涂工艺所带来的环境污染且降低成本。以PP树脂为基体,使用自制的颜料分散剂PDA–1和耐划伤剂SR–1制备具有优异耐划伤性的免喷涂PP复合材料。通过扫描电子显微镜观察颜料在树脂内部的分布,使用五指刮擦仪评估材料使用不同耐划伤剂的抗划伤性能。通过加入颜料分散剂PDA–1解决了免喷涂产品各向异性的缺陷,实现各向同性的免喷涂美学外观;自制的抗划伤剂SR–1具有优异的耐划伤性,满足汽车行业对材料的耐划伤需求(大众汽车标准PV3925)。

Applied of Paint-Free Resin with Aesthetics Exterior
Abstract:In order to find a substitute for conventional paint-sprayed materials, high performance paint-free polypropylene (PP) composites were developed, the PP composites studied have excellent aesthetics exterior performance with metallic luster, which therefore eliminate environmental pollution induced by spray manufacturing process and reduce the material cost. Paint-free PP composites with excellent scratch resistance were manufactured by mixing polypropylene, several necessary constituents such as mineral fillers, impact modifiers, and some other additives made by self. The distribution of aluminum pigments was studied by using scanning electron microscope (SEM). The ability of scratch resistance was evaluated by using multi-finger scratch tester. To overcome optically anisotropic defects of paint-free materials, pigment dispersing agent PDA–1 manufactured by self is used to achieve optically isotropic outlook once added to the paint-free composites. The ability of scratch resistance of paint-free materials is improved significantly via using self-made anti-scratch agent SR–1 to satisfy demand proposed by automotive OEM (Volkswagen standard PV3925 for example).
