汽车内饰件模外装饰用PMMA的力学性能

摘    要:为研究汽车内饰件模外装饰材料聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)的力学性能,对PMMA膜材分别在2.5 mm/min(0.001 667 s-1),5 mm/min(0.003 333 s-1)和10 mm/min(0.006 667 s-1)不同拉伸速率下进行高温90℃(363K),105℃(378 K)和115℃(388 K)]单向拉伸实验,得到了不同条件下的应力–应变曲线。实验结果表明,当加热温度相同时,随着应变速率的增大,PMMA的应力、延伸率和屈服应力也逐渐提升。当应变速率一致时,其屈服强度与应力随着温度的升高而逐渐变小。

Mechanical Properties of PMMA Used for Automotive Interior Based on Outside Mold Decoration
Abstract:Aiming at studying the mechanical properties of automotive interior based on outside mold decoration-polymethacrylate (PMMA),the true stress-strain curves under different stretching velocity of 2.5 mm/min (0.001 667 s-1),5 mm/min (0.003 333 s-1) and 10 mm/min (0.006 667 s-1) were obtained by uniaxial tensile tests of PMMA plastic sheets at 90℃(363 K), 105℃(378 K) and 115℃(388 K)]. The analysis results show that at the same temperature the stress,tensile ratio and yield strength would increase when the strain rate rise. At the same strain rate,stress and yield strength would also significantly decrease when the temperature rise.
