摘    要:为了保证大型LNG储罐9%Ni钢内罐的焊接质量,从9%Ni钢原材料、焊接材料、焊接方法、焊接工艺评定、焊工资质、焊缝质量控制等方面对影响焊接质量的因素进行论述和分析。分析结果表明,严格控制9%Ni钢原材料质量、合理选择焊接材料,根据项目情况选择合适的焊接方法,通过焊接工艺评定拟定合理的焊接工艺参数并由符合资质的焊工严格执行,加强焊缝的质量检验,能有效保证储罐焊接质量。最后简要分析了国内大型LNG储罐焊接尚待解决的关键技术。

Abstract:In order to ensure the welding quality of the 9%Ni steel inner tank of large LNG storage tank, the factors affecting the welding quality are discussed and analyzed from the aspects of 9%Ni raw material, welding material, welding method, welding procedure qualification, welder qualification and welding quality inspection. The analysis results show that the strict quality control of 9%Ni raw materials, the reasonable welding material selection, select the appropriate welding methods according to the conditions of the project, suitable welding parameters according to the welding procedure qualification and strictly enforced by qualified welders, strengthen the welding quality inspection, can effectively ensure the welding quality of the tank. Finally, the key technologies to be solved for the welding of large LNG storage tanks in China are briefly analyzed.
