基于SolidWorks电磁阀的设计与分析

摘    要:重点介绍基于SolidWorks软件对电磁阀进行设计和分析。通过对其建模设计、虚拟装配、运动仿真、结构及流体的分析、模具分析、最后可生成工程图及在其插件PhotoWorks渲染输出效果图。对其机构、结构与流体分析的仿真结果可以方便地用于设计及多媒体教学,同时也为机械类专业虚拟教学的提供了思路。

Abstract:The electromagnetic valve is analyzed and designed based on SolidWorks software. Through the modeling design, virtual assembly, motion simulation, structure and fluid analysis and mold analysis, the final drawings can be generated engi- neering drawing and the rerdering output effect map of its plug-in PhotoWorks . The results of its institutions, structures and fluid analysis of simulation can be easily used for design and multimedia and it also provides a guideline for virtual teaching mechanical engineering.
