进气预旋的轴流风机流动的数值分析

摘    要:通过数值模拟,对某单级轴流风机内的流动进行分析,计算结果表明:随着预旋角的增大,静压、全压、轴功率以及效率都随之减小。在负预旋情况下,叶顶前缘处存在明显的低压区。吸力面的分离对预旋角变化敏感。随着预旋角的减小,流场的非定常性也增强,分离尺度增强。

Abstract:Through numerical simulation,the flow in a single-stage axial fan is analyzed.The calculations indicate that when prewhirl angle increases,static pressure,total pressure,shaft power and efficiency decreases.Under the circumstance of negative prewhirl angles,low-pressure area appears on the leading edge of blade tip.The separation on the suction surface is sensitive to the variation of the prewhirl angle.The range of the suction surface separation expands and the unsteady effect of the flow field increases with the decrease of the prewhirl angles.
