天津地铁二号线盾构施工测量技术的应用研究

摘    要:以天津地铁二号线津赤路站—李明庄站区间左线盾构施工测量技术的应用为例,就地面导线、高程控制测量,联系测量,盾构机始发测量,地下控制测量,盾构机ROBOTEC导向系统初始测量及姿态测量,衬砌环片测量等六个方面的施工测量技术进行了阐述.指出在盾构施工中测量、监测技术是关键,采用的测量方法、仪器以及观测者的水平直接关系到隧道贯通的精度,总结了确保地铁隧道准确贯通必须考虑的一些细节问题.

Abstract:Taking the application of measurement technology in the left line from the subway station of Jinchilu to Limingzhuang in Tianjin metro line 2 for example, the paper describes surface traverse and vertical control survey, connection survey, initial measurement of the shield, underground control surveying,initial measurement and attitude measurement of the guiding system of the shield ROBOTEC. It is pointed out that measurement and monitoring technology in construction is critical, and the measurement methods, instruments and the level of observers are directly related to the accuracy of transfixion of tunnel. This construction practice will provides a beneficial experience for the similar project in the future.
