湿式离合器滑摩过程的数值模拟

摘    要:通过对湿式离合器滑摩过程的分析,研究了摩擦系数变化对离合器动态特性和热负荷特性的影响,建立了某湿式离合器接合过程中不同摩擦系数的有限元热力耦合分析模型,并通过实验结果与分析结果的比较,确定了离合器摩擦片合理的摩擦系数.

Abstract:Through the analysis of the sliding friction processing, the jointing process of the wet multi-disc friction brake with series friction coefficient was studied by the coupled thermal mechanical FEA model. The reasonable friction coefficient between the friction plates was confirmed according to the results of test.
