芳烃抽提蒸馏工艺运行中存在的问题及对策

针对重整芳烃装置3100单元环丁砜抽提蒸馏工艺运行中存在的系列问题进行分析,并提出了采取导引一部分苯馏份进入提蒸馏塔溶剂、回收塔换热系统;提高抽提蒸馏塔顶回流、贫溶剂温度、溶剂比;回收抽余油中的苯;降低再生溶剂冷后温度;减少助溶剂的蒸发损失;选用能够适应环境温度变化较大的空冷器;增加侧线抽出苯产品的新工艺等技术改造对策,优化芳烃抽提蒸馏工艺,提高了苯产品的品质。
