摘    要:用含有碳氮的有机物做化学热处理渗剂,不仅可进行低温软氮化,还可进行中温碳氮共渗,若把两者联合起来,便可使钢件具有合理的渗层深度,金相组织和优异的耐磨性能,抗疲劳性能等。该复合工艺比每个单独工艺适用范围广,设备简单、操作方便,既节能又节时,是一种很有推广价值的工艺方法。

Abstract:Using organic compound which contains carbon and nitrogen as a medium for chemical thermal treatment, it has been found that not only it can be used for soft nitriding at low temperature, but also for the carbonitriding process at middle temperature. If the two stages are combined together, the steel workpieces are possessed of more reasonable thickness of carbonitrided layer, excellent metallographic structure, wear-resistance and fatigue-resistance. The combined technology has more applicable value than that of each single one. Particularly, the technology which operates easily, saves energy and time largly and is a now method which is worth to be popularized.
