| 摘 要： | 阐述了不锈钢酸洗槽防腐施工所用材料,并以混凝土基础槽为例详细介绍了防腐施工工艺。不锈钢酸洗工艺选用的酸洗液一般为多种酸的混合物,主要有硫酸、硝酸和氢氟酸等,其腐蚀性很强且具有很强的氧化性,腐蚀介质的温度也比较高,因而对酸洗生产线设备和材料的耐蚀性能提出了很高的要求。酸洗槽防腐树脂选用S-156不饱和树脂,增强材料选用涤纶布、重晶石粉。防腐施工工艺介绍了混凝土表面的处理方法、防水过渡层的施工方法、防腐层的施工方法等。
