太阳光谱对光合细菌生长及产氢特性的影响研究

摘    要:测定了紫色非硫细菌F1、F5、F7、F11,紫色硫细菌S7、S9和绿色硫细菌L6吸收光谱。发现F1、F5、F7、F11具有相似的可见光吸收特性,均在375、490和590nm附近有吸收峰;S7、S9具有相似的吸收特性,在380nm和490nm附近有吸收峰;L6在590nm附近有吸收峰。分别采用中心波长为400、470、540、600、700nm,带宽为100nm的太阳光进行光合细菌的生长和产氢特性试验,发现改变太阳光光照波段,对同一菌株的生长特性和产氢特性均有显著的影响。

Abstract:Living cell absorption curves were detected.The results showed that the violet non-sulpher bacteria F1,F5, F7,F11 have the similar absorption characteristic,and the peaks of the absorption spectrum are at 375nm and 490nm, and 590nm,respectively;while the violet sulpher bacteria S7,S9 have the similar absorption characteristics,and the peaks of the absorption spectrum are at 380nm and 490nm;violet-green sulpher bacteria L6 reaches its peak at the wave- length of 590nm.On the other hand,the characteristics growth and hydrogen production of different photosynthetic bacte- ria were also studied at different bands of spectrum that the sunlight was treated with the 100nm width and the central wave-length of filtrating flake are 400,470,540,600,700nm,respectively.The results show that changing the bands of sunlight results in significant influence on the growth and hydrogen production characteristics of same kind of bacteria.
