基于实时数据库的生产监控系统设计与实践

摘    要:针对某公司冶炼化工烟气配气中生产信息分散、传递滞后的问题,提出一种生产实时监控方案,该系统采用优良的网络集成技术,基于ESP-iSYS实时数据库,对跨流程的多控制系统进行数据采集,实现了信息集成和实时监控。实际应用表明,该项技术为调度和配气管理提供了高效、统一、准确、可靠的实时生产监控和调度软件平台。

Abstract:This paper, aiming at solving the lag problem of information of gas spread and transmission in the production of a smelting and chemical company, presents a real-time production monitoring program, which uses an excellent network integration technology, based on ESP-iSYS real-time database, and can collect data from the control system across multiple processes, to achieve information integration and real-time monitoring. The application shows that the technology provides a unified, accurate and reliable real-time pro- duction monitoring and scheduling software platform for scheduling and efficient management of gas distribution.
