Thinking on Team Construction of Political Cadre at Root Levels in State-owned Enterprise

Team construction of political cadre in stateowned enterprise is related to healthy and sustainable development of modern enterprise.Development of Socialist market economy,constant deepening of reform in state-owned enterprise and variety of interest distribution promoted variety of value view of the staff and various contradictions have become more complex.All of these presented new content and task to the ideological and political work in enterprise and higher requirement of ideological quality and work level of political cadre at root levels.It is the need of construction of harmonious enterprise and Socialist modern construction to fully understand function of political cadre at root levels and to construct a political cadre team of high quality.
