摘    要:双师素质型教师是高职教育的必然要求,以软件技术专业教师为例,探讨了双师素质的定义及能力构成,重点分析了教育教学教研能力和专业实践能力,最后探讨了提升双师素质中专业实践能力的有效途径。

Abstract:A Double-qualification staff is an inherent requirement of higher Vocational colleges. This paper, taking the example of teach- ers in software technology major, discusses the definition and ability constituent of double-qualification, emphatically analyzes the teaching, education and research ability and the major practice ability, and proposes the effective ways to improve the major practice ability.
