| Abstract: | A Double-qualification staff is an inherent requirement of higher Vocational colleges. This paper, taking the example of teach- ers in software technology major, discusses the definition and ability constituent of double-qualification, emphatically analyzes the teaching, education and research ability and the major practice ability, and proposes the effective ways to improve the major practice ability. |
