| 摘 要： | 中国由计划经济体制向市场经济体制转轨之后，尤其是中国加入WTO以后，工程造价管理中的诸多方面已不能适应新形势的需要。为了改变这种不相适应的被动局面，提出一系列的改革建议及对策，为工程造价管理的科学化奠定了坚实基础。

Problems existing in administration of engineering cost in China and countermeasures |

| Abstract: | After the shunt from the planned economy to market economy especially after joining WTO, many prospects in the administration of engineering cost cannof adapt to the new situation. A series of suggestions and countermeasures have been brought forward in order to alter the passivity and establish a stable foundation for the management of engineering cost. |
