氟化防腐蚀材质的应用实践

摘    要:氟化是含氟化学品生产中的关键步骤,介质腐蚀强烈,选择防腐材质困难。本文依据工程实践经验,介绍了镍基合金、石墨、钢衬聚四氟乙烯三种材料的应用防腐情况、使用条件,对于氟化选材有指导意义。

Abstract:Fluorination is a key process in production of organic fluoride, its media are very corrosive,it is difficult for peopleto elect anticorrosion materials. This paper was based on engineering practice experience, nickel-base alloy, graphite and F4-lined steelhad been applicated in fluorination for a long time, their use condition and anticorrosion instances were introduced. It was directivefor the election of materials on fluorination.
