煤粉喷嘴是水泥回转窑的主要燃烧设备，喷嘴所受辐射温度1100－1200℃，因此，喷嘴在工作过程中需进行水冷却，而水冷装置的结垢问题，直接影响设备安全稳定的运行。在煤粉喷嘴实现冷却水循环使用的同时，在冷却水中加入氢氧化钠，碳酸钠在栲胶，可以保证水冷煤粉喷嘴无垢运行和节约大量水资源。此方法经济实用，优于其他水处理方法。
