| 摘 要： | 运用分析推理的方法,界定了项目投资风险的涵义,并根据企业项目投资的进程分析了项目投资风险产生的原因;在界定企业项目投资风险传导概念的基础上,提出了寻找项目投资风险源的可行性方法;通过分析研究项目投资风险载体及其分类,探寻了企业项目投资风险传导的路径;通过对投资柔性的理解和对投资柔性概念的界定,提出了项目投资风险传导柔性管理的措施和建议.
