摘    要:在PRO/E3.0平台上开发出了组合夹具计算机辅助拼装系统。该系统将若干可独立完成各种功能的参数化结构形式设为核心组件并构建了组合夹具元件库,提出一种新的典型路径的存储方法。引入产生式规则进行组合夹具定位夹紧元件的选择,实现了系统的局部智能化。组件选择及装配实例表明,该系统能较好地完成组合夹具的拼装任务。

Abstract:Based on the research of predecessor,a computer aided system of modular fixture is developed on PRO/E3.0.Some fixed and parameterized structure which can fulfill certain functions as core components are made by this system,and modular fixture components library is constructed.A new store method for typical path is introduced.The part-intelligence by brought production rule into this system for selecting of location and clamping part of modular fixture is realized.The application of this system has proved that it can finish the task of modular fixture assembly well.
