基于RS485总线的温室大棚集散控制系统的研究与设计

摘    要:为实现温室大棚运行中主要参数如温度、湿度、CO2浓度、土壤水分以及光照强度等实时监测与调控,研究与设计了一种基于RS485总线的两级集散式自动控制结构.文中首先讨论了温室大棚集散控制模型各个组成部分与RS485通讯总线接口的特点,进而详细地设计出基于单片机为核心的下位机模块硬件结构及其PID调节算法,最后论述了上位机软件系统的模块结构与组成.企业实施应用表明,本系统较传统人工温室大棚控制具有操作简单方便、智能化程度高、劳动强度低、等优点,极大地提高了农产品的产量与质量.

Research on and Design of Greenhouse Distributed Control System Based on RS485 Bus

Abstract:In order to realize the real-time monitoring and control of major parameters such as temperature,humidity,CO2 concentration, soil moisture, and light intensity in the running process of a greenhouse, a distributed control system containing two-level structure based on RS485 bus was designed. The system is composed of an upper computer center and a lots of distributed lower intelligent control modules. Firstly, the components of the greenhouse distributed control model and the interface characteristics of RS485 communication bus are discussed. Then the hardware architecture of the lower controller with MCU as the core and its PID control algorithm are designed in detail. Finally, the module structure and the composition of the upper computer software system are designed. The application of this system in some enterprises shows that it has the advantages over the traditional manual greenhouse control system of easy operation, high intelligence, and low labor intensity, and that it can improve the yield and quality of agricultural products greatly.
