摘    要:通过分析缸体零件的工艺特点,确定夹具应该是由过渡盘连接、定位轴定位、两爪卡盘夹紧的回转式夹具。实践证明,该种类夹具能够有效地实现零件的一次性装夹定位,能避免重复装夹偏差,提高加工精度与生产效率。

Abstract:In this paper, a new rotary fixture is proposed by analyzing the structural characteristics of the Cylinder Part. The fixture is com posed by transition plate and positioning shaft and two jaw chuck. Practice has proved, the fixture effectively realize the parts of the one-time clamping and positioning, avoids the repeated clamping error, improve the processing precision and efficiency.
