| 摘 要： | 采用造纸法生产烟草薄片的规模由3000t／a扩产到5000t／a，综合废水排放量亦由700t／d增加到1200t／d．原设计的废水处理工艺构筑物已不能满足要求，课题组在详细研究分析各构筑物的运行参数和处理效果后，提出在不改变原有工艺设施的情况下，对气浮设施进行升级改造，强化好氧处理过程，经几个月的运行，COD去除率达98．58％～99．39％，出水完全达到《造纸工业水污染排放标准））（GB3544-2001）中二级排放标准，在线检测结果COD≤200mg／L．
