Design of a semi-automatic production line for sand blast and rust removal on internal and external steel pipe surface

The major equipment, process flow, main parameters, overall design scheme and program design of the production line for sand blast both inside and outside the pipe surface are introduced. A programmable controller is used to control the operation line of rust removal; its automation is improved for an easy and stable operation. A sequence function diagram of an automatic control program is presented. Semi-automatic sand blast on internal and external pipe surfaces is realized, the quality of products and working environment are improved on the production line.
