摘    要:介绍了钢管内外表面喷砂除锈生产线的主要设备、工艺流程及主要参数,电气系统总体方案设计和程序设计。用可编程序控制器控制钢管内表面喷砂除锈作业线,提高了自动化程度,操作方便,运行可靠,并给出了自动控制程序顺序功能图。本生产作业线实现了钢管内外表面的半自动喷砂处理,提高了产品质量,改善了工作环境。

Design of a semi-automatic production line for sand blast and rust removal on internal and external steel pipe surface
Abstract:The major equipment, process flow, main parameters, overall design scheme and program design of the production line for sand blast both inside and outside the pipe surface are introduced. A programmable controller is used to control the operation line of rust removal; its automation is improved for an easy and stable operation. A sequence function diagram of an automatic control program is presented. Semi-automatic sand blast on internal and external pipe surfaces is realized, the quality of products and working environment are improved on the production line.
