摘    要:采用半桥的应变测试方法,对油田示范区内经过优化后的不同类型抽油机机架进行了应力测试和分析。结果表明,变径轮式抽油机支架应力最大,前、后肢应力差较大;双驴头式抽油机支架应力次之,前、后肢应力差较小;摆杆式抽油机支架受力较小,前后肢应力差值也不大;常规游梁式抽油机支架受力为最小,前、后肢应力差也较小。除变径轮抽油机的支架外,其他抽油机支架的强度储备系数较大。摆杆式抽油机轮槽磨损较严重。

Abstract:The stresses of different type framework of optimized pumping unit were tested and analyzed by using strain-bridge test method in model area. The result showed that the stress of framework of variable-diameter wheel pumping unit was largest, stress difference between front leg and back leg of framework was also largest; that of double donkey heads pumping unit was larger, the stress difference of that was smaller; that of swing-rod pumping unit was smaller and the stress difference of that is small; that of normal beam pumping unit is smallest and the stress difference of that is also smallest.The strength safety coefficient of other framework of pumping unit except that of variable-diameter wheel pumping unit was bigger. Crank groove wear of swing-rod pumping unit was very seriously.
