| 摘 要： | 径流控制是海绵城市建设的重要抓手。分析了厦门市径流控制指标的类型和传导方式,采用“因子分析法”、“逆向复核法”分别对径流总量控制指标和径流污染削减指标进行分解,并结合厦门实践经验,提出径流控制指标管控的流程及要点,较完整地展示了在城市规划建设中落实径流控制指标的方法途径,可为海绵城市规划编制及指标管控提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Runoff control is an important measure for the construction of sponge cities.By analyzing the types and transmission modes of runoff control indicators in Xiamen,the factor analysis method and reverse review method are used to decompose the total runoff control rate and the runoff pollution reduction rate respectively,and combined with Xiamen's practical experience,the process and key points of runoff indicator management and control are put forward,the method of implementing runoff control indicators in urban planning and construction is presented,which can provide reference for sponge city planning and index control. |
