| 摘 要： | 利用灰色系统理论,在14种毛精纺面料的压缩性能、弯曲性能、拉伸性能以及稳定性能测试数据的基础上,分析各个因素与面料成形性间的关联度,并对其进行排序,得出影响毛精纺面料成形性的最主要的三个因素为:纬向延伸性、经向湿膨胀率、纬向弯曲刚度。应用线性回归模型对成形性与这三个因素进行定量分析,得出它们之间呈正线性相关,其他因素相关性不大。

| Abstract: | The relative degree of worsted fabrics＇ formability and each factors was analyzed by combining the grey theoretical system study with experimental data of compression performance,bending performance,extensibility performance and dimensional stability of 14 kinds of worsted fabrics.The three key factors of affecting worsted fabrics′ formability was got,that is,weft extensibility,warp hygral expansion and weft bending rigidity.The linear regression model shows that they are positive correlated,but the other factors of linear correlation is small. |
