| Abstract: | Semiconductor photonic crystal lasers has been a research hot topic in the whole world at present.The contribution of physical properties of photonic crystal to optimize the semiconductors is briefly described,the several kinds of photonic crystal lasers are introduced and the operating principle of the devices is explained in detail.Here the potential application about the photonic crystal lasers is forecasted. |
