BTCA免烫织物在洗涤过程中免烫性能的衰变

摘    要: 针对免烫织物免烫功能的持续性问题,通过测试免烫织物折皱回复角,分析研究免烫织物在洗涤过程中免烫性能衰败的过程、机制和规律。研究结果表明:对于BTCA无甲醛免烫整理棉织物,随水洗次数的增加,免烫性能衰变显著;经过干洗后,折皱回复角的变化较小,免烫织物仍然具有较强的免烫性能。

Abstract:Durability of noniron performance of noniron fabric is a long standing problem.The paper investigates the deteriorative process,mechanism and rule of noniron performance of noniron fabric in wash process by measuring and analyzing the wrinkle recovery angle of the fabric.The findings indicate that as to formaldehyde-free BCTA finished noniron cotton fabric,increasing laundering times decreases the noniron performance remarkably;however,after dry-cleaning,the fabric exhibits smaller change in wrinkle recovery angle and retains better noniron performance.
