| 摘 要： | ZNC30-I型游梁抽油机控制器在现场应用中经常出现的主要故障是抽油机中途停转、控制器无法启动抽油机、控制器无法调节抽油机冲次和上下冲程速比.这些故障主要是由于参数设定不正确、传感器位置不当、环境因素影响、电子元件质量等原因引起的.通过对主要故障原因的详细分析研究,提出了一整套相应对策,对游梁抽油机控制器和变频调速技术的应用有积极的意义.
