| 摘 要： | 以湖南省某县铅锌无主尾矿库为例，从安全及环境角度全方位分析了尾矿库存在的问题，采用清方削坡、截排洪设施建设、封场覆盖工程、新建观测井等措施对该历史遗留尾矿库进行整治，取得显著成效。提出了历史遗留尾矿库治理建议，可为我国同类工程提供借鉴参考。

| Abstract: | With a abandoned lead-zinc tailings pond in Hunan Province as an example, the existing problems of the tailings pond were analyzed from the perspective of safety and environment protection. Based on the analysis, some measures were proposed, including pond maintenance by cutting slope and cleaning the earthwork, construction of flood interception and drainage channels, site closure and coverage, construction of an observation well, which brought great effect to the treatment of this long-term abandoned tailings pond. Finally, some suggestions were given for the treatment of such abandoned tailings pond, which can provide a reference for the similar projects at home. |
