中低碳钢小方坯铸坯表面凹陷改进技术

摘    要:针对韶钢生产中低碳小方坯铸坯表面出现凹陷问题,基于铸坯表面凹陷的产生机理,对保护渣的传热特性、设备功能精度对一次冷却的影响、水口对中精度对结晶器内初生坯壳均匀性与热应力的控制进行了分析,并针对影响凹陷的主要因素进行了调整和优化,使得中低碳小方坯铸坯表面质量得到大幅度改善。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of surface depression of low and medium-carbon billet in Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd, based on the mechanism of surface depression, the heat transfer characteristics of the mold flux, the influence of the precision of the equipment function on the primary cooling, and the influence of nozzle alignment accuracy on the uniformity and thermal stress of the primary solidified shell in the mold were analyzed. The main factors affecting the depression have been adjusted and optimized, so that the surface quality of the low and medium-carbon billet has been greatly improved.
