摘    要:对550kV/4000A SF6 GIS用母线多点接地与单点接地系统中额定运行条件下不同罐体材料、不同壁厚罐体上感应电流、感应电流形成的损耗功率及其阻抗特性进行了分析计算;比较了接地方式、罐体材料及罐体壁厚对损耗功率及母线阻抗特性的影响。分析结果表明:在多点接地系统中,当罐体材料为铝材和不锈钢材时罐体损耗功率随罐体壁厚的增大而减小,罐体材料为锅炉钢时罐体损耗功率几乎不随罐体壁厚变化而变化,当罐体材料为不锈钢材和锅炉钢时的损耗功率分别是罐体材料为铝材时损耗功率的14倍和32倍。在单点接地系统中,罐体损耗功率随罐体壁厚的增大而增大。当罐体材料为铝材和不锈钢材时,单点接地系统中的损耗功率较多点接地系统中小很多;当罐体材料为锅炉钢时,单点接地系统中的损耗功率是多点接地系统中的2倍,其主要取决于罐体上感应电流的分布特点。

Abstract:Induced current and power loss and impedance of busbar used in 550kV/4000A SF6 GIS under normal situation were calculated for different tube material thickness in multiple-point-earthing system and single-point-earthing system.The effects of earthing system and tube material and thickness to the loss power and impendence were compared in detail.In multiple-point-earthing system,if the tube material was aluminum or stainless steel,the power loss would decreasing as tube thickness increasing;but if the tube material was boiler steel,the power loss almost didn't change when the increasing of tube thickness;the power loss of stainless steel and boiler steel would be 14 times and 32 times of that of aluminum respectively.In single-point-earthed system,the power loss increases with the increase of wall thick of tube.If the material of tube is aluminum or stainless steel,the power loss of tube in single-point-earthing system was much less than that in multiple-point-earthing system;if the material was boiler steel,the power loss in single-point-earthing system was 2 times of that in multiple-point-earthing system.These were determined by distribution character of induced current in the tube.
