摘    要:湖南祁东铁矿嵌布粒度微细,矿石性质复杂,是国内外有名的难选铁矿石。去除矿泥是微细粒赤铁矿选矿必须解决的问题。针对生产中存在的问题,对选择性絮凝脱泥进行了比较全面系统的试验研究,获得了比较好的试验结果,并用于指导生产,使生产过程中脱泥作业产物平均铁品位从43%左右提高到47%左右, 平均回收率从70%提高到78%以上。选择性絮凝脱泥对微细粒赤铁矿的开发利用是一条非常重要而且有效的途径。

SA-2 flocculant for fine hematite separation application

Abstract:iron ore from Qidong, Hunan has complex properties and extremely fine dissemination size, it is known as refractory iron ore. Removing slime is the problem to be solved during mineral processing of the microgranular hematite. Aimed at the problems existing in the production, research of Selective flocculation desliming was processed comprehensively and good test results were obtained which could be used to guide the actual production. Average grade of iron of the product after flocculation desliming was improved from 43% to 47%, and average recovery was improved from 70% to 78%. Selective flocculation desliming is proved to be an available effective way for development and utilization of microgranular hematite.
