1-对甲氧基苯基-cis-1,2-环己二醇的合成

摘    要:利用对甲氧基苯基溴化镁和环己酮首先在冰水浴控温下开始反应,接着回流40min制得α-位取代的环己醇,用对甲苯磺酸脱水后纯化得到1-对甲氧基苯基-1,2-环己烯,再于冰水浴中用甲酸-过氧化氢氧化环己烯,经水解制得标题化合物,总收率34%。

Abstract:1-p-Methoxyphenyl-cyclohexanol was prepared by the reaction of Grignard reagent with cyclohexanone followed with dehydration to give 1-p-methoxyphenyl-1,2-cyclohexene.1-p-methoxyphenyl-cis-cyclohexane-diol-1,2 can be obtained by the oxidation reaction of 1-pmethoxyphenyl-cyclohexene with hydrogen peroxide.The total yield is 34%.
