| 摘 要： | 利用反应喷涂方法在铝合金表面制备Al2 O3-TiB2复相涂层,分析了机械合金化、喷涂温度以及添加粘结剂等工艺对涂层组织形貌的影响,得出了制备涂层较理想的工艺方法,并测试了涂层的显微硬度.结果表明:球磨后的混合粉末添加过量Al粘结剂,经过等离子喷涂可以制得Al2 O3-TiB2复相涂层,涂层组织形貌良好,致密度高,其显...

| Abstract: | The Al2O3-TiB2 composite coating was prepared on the surface of the aluminum alloy by reactive spraying.The effect of mechanical alloying,spraying temperature and binder on the morphology of the composite were analyzed.The optimum method of preparation of the coating was found.The microhardness in the coating were tested.The results indicate that the Al2O3-TiB2 composite coating milled powder add excess Al by plasma spraying is obtained.The coating with microhardness of 1 300HV0.1 has good morphology and mi... |
