| 摘 要： | 随着深海油气开采的不断深入,海底管道铺设用全位置自动外焊机得到了广泛的开发和应用。我国的全位置自动外焊机尚处于研发阶段,海底管道铺设用全位置自动外焊机则完全依靠进口。笔者在深入剖析国内外广泛应用的几种焊机行走机构的结构基础上,设计了适用于S型海底管道铺设用全位置自动外焊机的行走机构。该机构将焊机的驱动机构和锁紧机构完美的结合在一起,在保证焊机可靠运行的基础上,减小了焊机的尺寸,简化了操作过程。
