摘    要:通过纳米结构或声子工程降低热导率是改善PbS热电材料性能的重要途径。利用水热法制备Pb_(1-x)Bi_xS纳米热电材料,并对其热导率进行测试。结果表明,制备的纳米PbS的热导率比文献中PbS的热导率低10%左右。随着掺入Bi元素的增加,增加了晶体内部缺陷, Pb_(0.9)Bi_(0.1)S样品的热导率比PbS单体的热导率降低了33%。

Abstract:Nanostructure or phonon engineering is the effective way to improve the performance of PbS thermoelectric material throughreducing thermal conductivity. Pb1?xBixS nanometer thermoelectric materials were prepared by hydrothermal method and the thermalconductivities of the samples were tested. The results showed that the thermal conductivity of pristine PbS was 10% lower than that ofPbS from references. The thermal conductivity of Pb0.9Bi0.1S is reduced by 33% relative to that of pure PbS due to the increased crystaldefect with increasing Bi doped.
