循环流化床锅炉耐磨料频繁出现问题的研究与对策

山东济宁运河发电有限公司2台循环流化床锅炉在运行中出现的问题有：回料器部位的耐磨料脱落，分离器入口拐角处耐磨料墙壁坍塌，炉膛内密相区悬吊管处局部耐磨料脱落，冷渣器内的风帽对墙壁耐磨料的冲蚀、脱落等，都将不同程度的影响循环流化床锅炉的安全稳定运行。文章分析了耐磨料损坏的原因，并对炉内密相区、分离器入口拐角炉墙、回料器进行了改进。

Study and Countermeasures of Problems Fraquently Occurring on the Anti-abrasive Materials of CFB Boilers

Problems occurred frequently in the operation of two circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boilers in Shandong Jining Power Generation Co,Ltd.,They involved:falling-off of anti-a brasive material on the recirculator,collapsing of anti-abrasixr material wall at the corner of separator inlet,falling-off of local anti-abrasive material on the hanger tube in the furnace emulsion zone,and erosion,falling-off of wall anti-abrasive material arising from the air button in slag quencher etc.All of these problems affected the safe and stable operation of CFB boiler to the different extent.the paper analyzed the damage causes of anti-abrasive materials.The furnace emulsion zone,the corner wall at the separator inlet and the recirculator were correspondingly;improved.
