摘    要:大型结构物的称重通过多个千斤顶同步顶升实现。大型结构物往往存在柔度大、重量分布不均、支点跨距大的特点。在称重过程中需要进行计算机同步控制,实现结构物的平稳顶升和下降。大型结构物自动称重以工控机为核心,基于现场总线技术,对压力传感器、位移传感器、状态设置开关、油泵换向阀和油管超高压电磁阀等设备进行网络监控,对多个支点同步协调控制和结构物的精确称重,该系统已在多个油气田工程的建造中得到实际应用。

Abstract:The weight of the large-size structure can be measured by synchronously moving up of jacks. The large - size structure is always soft as well as asymmetrical, and the distance of it's constrains is long. In the weighing process, it needs the synchronous motion control of computer to move the structure up and down smoothh/. The svstem basing on field-bus technology takes the industrial computer as the center to control the constrains synchronously and weighs the structure exactly, to monitor the pressure sensors, displacement sensors, status switches, electromagnetic valves for high pressure hydraulic hoses, pump valves and other equipments. The system has been utilized in many oil fields and natural gas fields.
