| 摘 要： | 本文首先从地下空间发展战略入手 ,列举部分统计数字作了概略说明 ,接着就地下空间的功能分类和开发地下空间涉及的各学科及其任务进行了分析 ,提出了某些可行的解决方法 ,其基本意图 ,是要提醒政府及职能部门重视这方面的工作 ,加强城市集约化发展和地下空间开发利用方面的投入 ,迎接21世纪地下空间开发高潮的到来

| Abstract: | The strategy of development of underground space was discussed by listing some data, then the classification of underground space by its functions and the subjects related to underground space and their tasks were analysed.Some solutions for the problems of underground space development were presented for reminding the government and related working departments to pay more attention to these works and strengthen intensification of urban development and have more investments into development and utilization of underground space. |
