基于虚拟仪器的水轮机组监测与故障诊断系统

摘    要:针对水轮发电机组单机功率的增加而提出的状态监测和故障诊断要求,提出以虚拟仪器系统作为开发平台设计并构成水轮发电机组监测和故障诊断系统,实现了水轮发电机组振动信号的数据采集、数据处理和分析,并可进行故障诊断。

Abstract:With the power rise of single hydraulic turbo-generator unit,new technical requirement on condition monitoring and fault diagnosis is originated.In order to satisfy such requirement,a new condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system,taking virtual instrument as its development platform,is being proposed,which is able to realize data acquisition,processing and analysis of corresponding vibration signals simultaneously,and perform relevant fault diagnosis.
