| 摘 要： | 通过对洗发水瓶盖的结构和工艺性进行分析，确定了盖嘴采用圆弧抽芯机构，整个产品采用电机带动齿轮进行自动螺旋脱模，以及采用潜伏式进胶的模具设计方案。并详细介绍了模具的工作过稃，经生产证明，该模具生产的产品完全符合要求，并在同类产品的模具设计中有一定的借鉴作用。

Design of Injection Mould for Shampoo Bottle Cap |

| Abstract: | Through the analysis on the structure and workmanship of shampoo bottle cap, the author selects Arc Core Pulling in the mechanism of cap mouth. Entire product employs motor to drive gears to realize auto spiral demolding, besides, submarine fi lling is introduced in mould design. This article also describes detailed working processes of mould. Production practice has proved the product made with this mould, in addition, it provides valuable references for the mould design of similar products. |
